CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy A card on file is required to book. The card is not stored, nor charged unless in the event of a cancellation or no call/no show. Cancellations Cancellations must be done more than 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment. Cancellations done in less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file. Same day cancellations as well as no call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. No call/no shows have a 2-strike policy. After 2 no call/no shows, you will be banned from booking. Communication is key and I am very understanding so I can work with you if you work with me! Late Policy There is a 20 minute grace period. There is no late fee, we will only be allowed to do what is possible within the time given (if possible). If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Please arrive to your appointment with clean, makeup free eyelashes/eyebrows. ALL SERVICES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES, PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 72 HOURS!!
